As a Louisville Senior Photographer, sometimes the weather forces me to take some down time. Now that the it is getting cold and the trees a little more bare, I've had some extra time on my hands. I wanted to use that time to put together some sessions that were just for my portfolio. So, I texted Jacob to see if he would be interested. I loved his enthusiasm....I didn't even have to twist his arm! Jacob was in our youth group when Alex and I did student ministry, and now he is an interim minister for the 5th and 6th grade ministry. He is incredibly gifted in ministry. Whether he is leading worship, speaking on stage, or connecting with kids on the weekend, he does an amazing job of keeping students engaged. Because of his engaging personality and cool style, he was the perfect choice for a fun "just because" portrait session. We spent most of our time in downtown Louisville, but ended up at a tiny little boat dock we found. It was also an opportunity for Alex (my husband) to do something a little different with the video...something a little more edgy and fast paced. I asked Alex if he had more to say, or if he wanted to have a voice in the blog. He said he's a silent partner ;) I guess you'll just have to watch the video to see more of Alex's point of view!
